Behind every tradition is a story, and this one means a great deal to our family.![]()

As a young boy, Mike learned how to make sauce from his grandmother, Mary. She taught him the importance of hard work, patience, and taking pride in every step of the process. Those early lessons stayed with him and became part of the foundation that continues to shape Corropolese today.![]()

Now, decades later, as we continue investing in the future of our bakery, it only felt right to honor the woman who helped inspire that journey. Our newest piece of equipment proudly carries the name “Mary,” a tribute to Mike’s grandmother. Fittingly, Mary will now help produce the famous tomato pie sauce that has been at the heart of our Classic Red Tomato Pie for generations, ensuring her legacy continues to be part of every pie we make.![]()
